Gu Drum Brake shoes need help

Post by dirtyben »

hey guys I've got a 03 dx patrol cab chassis, coil front leaf rear my brakes are front disc's and rear drums, i have my uni holidays starting next week and am looking at replacing my rotors, pads, shoes and getting the drums machined.

The problem i have is finding shoes for the rear drums, i went to auto pro today and spent ages with the guy who was very helpful however the best we could come up with was a maybe these will fit  (unsure on part number their $70 odd dollars and suited earlier nissan drum models, before that i'd been offfered handbrake shoes????) he also told me that 03's didnt come with drums and all their books listed nothing over 2000 models with drums.

i rang the good old nissan dealer for parts and they quoted me $235 for genuine shoes  , and stated that nissan ran these shoes from 02 - 07 models? nissan part number: 440601Y427

im not doing them tell next week and if anyone can help me or shed some light with part numbers, brands etc please let me know.
