what she said, also click the willowglen link, just dont camp next to the main track that goes through camping area like i did last year. i had a puddle 3m from my tent, woke up and i had a river outside my door, and everyone who drove through spun wheels flicking mud all over my tent.
but thats camping

I *think* it's around midnightish, as we got there late last year, and will be this year if I can't get the afternoon off work. Not sure what time the gates reopen.
Am I the only one pumped this year? Carp weather last year, should awesome this year if the wind goes away! Wonder how Mr. Price will be after this years event? :(

jess we are pumped for this year, havnt had a chance to drive the truck since the motorex comp, it still starts and runs, nothing has changed like i wanted too, we still have to put the 36's on then all ready, still hoping to get the day off so i can get there early. But still waiting to see if i have training on friday :-(
We are also pumped, first time our club have all been camping together for what seems like forever.
Driving the Bundy on Sunday for the first time since Black Rat and Tuff Truck before that(and the last time before Willowglen). Sick of going into comps with little or no seat time, But hope to do a lot of driving between now and Toperi. Shame there is no Nissan Trials (old style) in between (hopefully next year).
BRING ON WILLOWGLEN
SEE YOU ALL THERE!!!!!!

unr33l wrote:hey paul any tips on spares to take for a bundy? got a cv and rear tailshaft that i hope i won' need.
Dont ask him he hasnt got much bundy left
Unfortunately Mud Club is right (a first, trust me) because if you want a Bundy to flex, you gotta get rid of the Bundy bits.
However
My first comp was Willowglen in the Bundy with the only mods being a couple of inch lift and 31's muddies.
Spares? I suggest for your first comp with little seat time in a stock Bundy, you take spare Undies.
Stock, mine was almost unbreakable I use to drive it to the comp, abuse it all weekend, and then drive it home.
CV and a tailshaft is a great start.
Enjoy it, it does take a month or so to get the smile of your face.

Unfortunately we have no entertainment planned for Sat Evening, most teams seem to provide there own. When repairs are completed.
Regards Tony
I'm disapointed Tony, I was really looking forward to maybe a sing and dance from you. Or even a double act, steve on the piano and you belting out some tunes in vocal harmony.
Those who choose to drive in the mud do so because they can't drive the rocks.
im excited too, i put the tent up over the weekend to air it out, and to make sure i can still put it together by myself. it hasnt been used since tuff truck.
i always get a bit excited when im putting the tent up cos i know the next weekend is camping
WOOHOO
