Which extractors for a EFI GQ on LPG

I'm looking at getting a new exhaust and extractors, but different people have told me different extractor designs are best.
So which is best, Tri-Y, or 3-2-1 ?

who cares, either design is gonna do bugger all....

any pipes are better than none but you only gain 1-5kw between brands. buy the cheapeast quality built ones.

I've heard one design is better for torque, and the other better for more power higher up in revs, but cant remember which is which.

Can anyone give me some first hand knowledge of the difference in their car before/after fitting them; and what type fitted please.
