Any updates on these shocks? Has anyone fitted these to the rear of a GQ? Just wanna know what mods people have done to fit them as i think they only come with a 1/2 inch hole. Cheers Loz.

We are using the 2.5 remote res c/overs on a current build (same shocks as Bret @ Avanti Racing). Truck isnt completed yet so no real performance feedback as yet.

I have a set of 2" remote reservoirs in a box, they are shinny. Not the same finish as a fox or king but for a crawler application you cant beat the price.

Hey Layto, how are you mounting yours? Are you just modifying the stock mounts or are you making up new mounts? Cheers Loz.

Mine are the above 2.5 layton mentioned

for price they are spot on...( im a machinist i notice things a lot of people would look straight past ) warrenty service seems to be A1 too so far

Mine came in through locktup as well i think your better off getting them there than trying to bring them in yourself...

Loz pics will end up in my build thread sooner or later at a guess :)

Pic taken before the coil hats were removed, theres no way you would get them in stock mounts :) unless you got really small ones :)

Hey Ice, yeh thats why im looking at them coz you cant beat the price. I spoke to 4wd bits & he gave me a rough price of 440 a pair for the 2.0 emulsion shock wich will be plenty for what i need & thats delivered. New mounts will have to be made, thats why im tossing up weather to get them or not just in case i wanna go back to using the more conventional shocks, but then again why would you if they are the goods. Would like to see if anyone has done it to the rear of a GQ. Cheers Loz.

its not hard to bring stuff in yourself.. i just bought shocks in. 5 days delivery time. if under $1000 you dont have any customs questions or GST. they are alot cheaper through foa than any of the retailers. send the sales team an email and they will sort it all out for you.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown

going back 3 months ago FOA would not sell direct, but warren at 4wd bits is good to deal with mine were $744/pair delivered with billet upgrades.

I'm fitting 18" travel 2.5" c/o to my new project. Warren at 4WD bits is the man to talk to and is looking after me.
