Question about converting to gas

To get the rebate. i did it when they first came in. All you needed where receipts and a licenced gas installer to sign it off.
So you could use a receipt for the engine with the kit gas as long as it clearly says gas kit of lpg kit clearly in the reciept. But must add up to 1750 or more to get full rebate.
They have probably tightened up a bit tho. I had a mate that mate that bought a car with a lpg kit and ended up just using the receipt for the car but it said lpg on it!!! (the receipt was for $2000 so he got the full $2000 back them)
Make sure fill forms out properly. They are the the kind that are meant to get you that frustrated that you end up not bothering. They will send them back if not done properly!!! even if you think you have done them right.
