just want to know if the body mounts on a gen2 single cab chassis are the same as a gen3.

another question, how hard would it be to mount a gen3 single cab to a gen2 runner chassis, or possibly even a gen3 extra cab body.

Found this, apparently this guy has 1993 body on a 1986 chassis. so it says

thats the sort of thing i was lookin to build, but not quite so tall or so pretty

I don't think it's too hard, a couple of custom body mounts and that's it. I see your from the Sunny Coast, theres a guy in Caloundra that has two of them (a Blue One and a Silver), it's some Mazda Shop or something in Daniel Street. They look really cool. I think you use the single cab body and an extra cab style side for a perfect fit.

The ARE guy also has one, there is some details on his site, but it's mainly about intercoolers.
