Do you know off hand what RPM I would be doing at 100km/H with 4.625 diff ratio running 35" MTZ tyres. TD 42 With aftermarket MTQ Turbo kit fitted.
I currently am doing 1900RPM at 100Km/H with 35" MTZ.
Was looking to see if I could get RPM up a tad to get max benefit from turbo as boost comes on at or around 2000RPM.
Cheers

Divide 1900rpm by your present diff ratio, then multiply by the proposed diff ratio.moddedgu wrote:Cheers For that,(EST)MahviaDeTyrk wrote:3.900 = 10-39

eg if your present diff ratio is 4.11:1, then 1900 / 4.11 x 4.625 = 2138

Run 4.3 if you are going to use 35's.moddedgu wrote:Cheers For that,(EST)MahviaDeTyrk wrote:3.900 = 10-39

4.6s don't make for good long distance driving!!
I have had both in a 4.2td GU wagon. 4.3s are the ones for 35's.
