We use only premium quality AmSteel(r)-Blue in our winch lines
So is their stuff good rope with a good name or just the latest premium product.

Instead of using the thimble on the drum side just get the supplier to put a loop on it then you can loop it onto the drum and will never unwind it of the drum. Using stick on grip paper will stop the rope from slipping and you can use the full length of rope to winch. And yes tried and tested.
