i am looking at getting a set for a KIA SPORTAGE (yes i know so dont laugh or make useless comments i am only after info about the tyres) and i do a fair bit of road driving and not so much off road (well not as much as i would like any way) and when i do i like to do all different types (such as mud rocks sand forest trails etc)

30x9.5's are going to require a bit of trimming of the front bumper, and possibly a bit of "massaging" of the firewall seam near the bodymounts, may need to fold back about 1/2 inch of the rear of the front wheelarch up to about 12 inches (this varies from vehicle to vehicle and tyre to tyre).
You will probably need to get some F150/Bronco 4WD 15x7 rims (+7mm offsett IIRC) as the standard offset (45mm on a 6" rim) and tyre width will cause issues with the rear shock absorbers using the standard rims.
