Generally standard length 80 series cruiser coils fit 4 Runners, I have not heard of Nissan coils being used.

Cheers

standard length 80 series, they are 4" raised yeah?

can't find any 80 series coils around.. that will raise my 4runner 4"

i got 35" tyres that im fitting, 16" rims, so i have 2" height atm, but i can jack the torion bar up another 2", so just need the coils for the back

Have heard the patrol coils work but not seen any so don't know what length (std, 2", etc.) they would need to be.

You won't get much more than 3" out of the front torsion bars before they are riding on the bump stops most of the time making the ride cwap. There are also steering linkage issues that arise with over 3" IFS lift as the tie rod ends get a decent angle on them and become prone to bending when driven hard (been there, done that :x ).

cheers dougster, just a question, if i have 2" suspension setup, i can still then jack the torsion bar up 2" correct? or am i wrong in thinking that? and then i could just get 4" springs for the rear, and all up i'd have 4" ride hight

am a 4wd noob, first one i've owned but been out 4wd before hand :)

Not sure if your trying to be funnay :?
2" sus lift + 2" extra sus lift = 4" total when I went to school
4" in the back can be done but that's the easy bit ;)
Factory 80 series rear coils will give you 3"- 4" rear lift and aftermarket std height 80 rear coils about 4".

Stay as low as you can while getting the clearance you need to run your choice of rubber, and 3" in std. IFS front is bout as far as you can go without some major mods.

IMO add a 2" BL to clear 33" rubber after you have gotten to know your rig through wheeling it. You will then have a much better idea of where you should be spending your hard earned $$'s to do the wheeling you want to do.

Do you realise that your rig with 33's has bout the same clearance as Pootrol/Cruiser on 35"s ??

I'm about 99% certain that running standard 80 coils in a Pootrol it gives about 2in of lift so if 80 springs lift a a runner 4in and a patrol 2in then i'd say patrol coils would give you about 2in in a runner
and kyro i'd say your 2in sus lift is the torsion bars cranked up
