steering box for high steer
hey guys doing my high steer conversion and chasing a box for it are all the ifs boxes the same or which year model is the best to use
1n106 coil'd, 39.5 iroks, locked, bobbed, tubbed, dovetaild, highsteer and heavy right(UNDER CONSTRUCTION)
hey mate mine is using a surf box.
the 2wd ones only have two mounting bolts instead of three.
and the ifs hilux boxes have a shorter distance from the mounts to the end of the input shaft than the surf box.
thats all im aware off after i replaced my ifs box on my solid front hilux. hopefully some other people can clarify the differences over the years.
