I aint no jeep tech head so bare with me!

It's a 4L Auto with diff gears, dual lockers, 33" procomps and what seems to be 6" RE springs up front and some ghey leafs out back.
It's a heap of shit! Brakes like crap, drives like crap, rides like crap, looks like crap

He is currently overseas and I am trying my best to get this thing sorted so the wheelin adventures can begin.
I have had the tyres and wheels balanced (one was out by 495grams

Still at speeds over 60klm, under acceleration, the rear shaft is givin off a nasty vibration.
I am tempted to remove the front shaft completely to rule it out, but the vibration definately feels like it's in the back end.
So what I am after is info on any common work arounds (if any) for this, or if a standard balance of the driveshaft will suffice.
Also looking for some 4" front springs to replace the 6". If anyone has anything on offer please let me know.
I already went and purchased a fire extinguisher for it
