urgent help, standard fuel setting on td42 injector pump

i had to replace the govenor gasket on my GQ td42 injector pump (rotary type)

anyway i had to remove the fuel increse screw to get the cover back on and i think i may have adjust the screw in doing so

does anyone have a service manual on where is should be set at (the vehicle is not turbocharged!) ?????

It needs to be set where it works best for you're engine, there are standards used, but the when the engine gets older and the pump gets older the settings change. Find yourself a good local diesel tuner and get it done by a pro.
To get you going though, wind the fuel down and go for a drive, keep stopping and adjusting fuel up till the power feels right and you're not yet blowing to much soot. I had mine adjusted by a pro on the Sunshine Coast and mine has heaps of go for a standard and will blow a little soot and about 3500 under load.
