I've pretty much just done exactly what you wanna do. LWB vitara, cut guards like you did, roughly 50mm bumpstop extensions on the rear, 30mm spacer on the rear spring and 15mm spacer on the front springs (not that they are actually necessary but I wanted a little lift for the time being), and everything clears. I haven't limited the steering, and the tyres JUST scrub at full lock on the chassis at the firewall end. Apart from that I just hit the firewall with a mallet and sledge The tires are 32x12.5x15 (measure closer to a 31") on 15x8 rims not sure on the offset. If you have the aluminium front diff, it won't last long... 10 mins of mild offroading for me, then when I put in the metal diff with a welded centre a front CV let go in 3mins I'm gonna look into putting toyota CV's now.
