Intake temp gauges/senders

Post by Feenz »

Has anyone tried the Nordskog air intake temp sender and gauge from Frozenboost.com?

Or is there a reliable / accurate enough gauge from the auto shops that someone's used?

Yeah I fitted one and it works OK it reacts slowly and I think it get a fair bit of heat soak from intake bend before the plenum??!! going to mount it differently when the water to air is on... only reason I think it reacts slowly is im comparing it to the air temp sensor on an old car I had with a Microtech and a hand set and it was instant...

Why not use a Auber digital gauge. I use one as my pyro and it is very responsive and also records high/low temps. It also allows you to run a alarm or a warning at a selected temp.
