if your talking about the link from steering box to passanger wheel then not unless your gq has a gu steering box , the one behind the wheels wont fit either unless its adjustable

just convrted my gq to a gu power steer box and yes the orientation of the ends are different. GU both from the top gq one top one bottom.
Blown ls1 GQ winch truck. and GU tow car / daily
