does anyone know what condition the beach at Double Island is like atm? just wondering after all these big tides and sea how much beach is left ther?

I came back sunday arvo.
It wasnt too bad at all on teewah beach but the was fork all of rainbow left

Yeah Rainbow is low at the cut-over to Teewah but apart from that one point it is fine. Just hit that point at low tide and you will be ok; also they have graded alot of the freshwater track (fun has gone).

was up there this morning, beach right up to DI is nice and flat, not too many people camping up there at the moment, so is pretty peaceful, as the other guys said, try to hit the rainbow side at low (an hour either side should be still sweet) to get around the trees that are down.
Is it beer o'clock yet??
