What is the minumin size that you can get front rotors machined to?

Front disk rotors.
Standard thickness = 32mm
Minimum thickness = 30mm
Maximum variation = 0.015mm
Runout limit = 0.1mm

Rear disks.
Standard thickness = 18mm
Minimum thickness = 16mm
Maximum variation = 0.015mm
Runout limit = 0.1mm
GU Patrol with go better bits added
