That one has been on ebay too. 1 bid at $9k and didn't make reserve.

There were two other imported ones on ebay recently...I know one was listed at $7k (under reserve) but no bids. I don't know if the other sold. They both were LHD imports - looked straight out of army service somewhere. Very complete and in good condition in the photos.

I guess $11k is probably on the money for one in very good original condition. I have seen a fully restored one for close to $20K but that was at a dealer.

A somewhat modified one (dare I say butchered - the body at least) went for $4k on ebay a couple of weeks ago. You can still find it in completed listings.

The one which went for 20K was typical of that car dealer (not sure if company names are allowed to be mentioned) but they are renowned for over pricing and sitting on them until a rich person not knowing the value comes along and buys it.

The one for 11K was a ex Swiss army Haflinger.
