iam still contemplating getting an 80 GXL or a 100 standard
first of all in the standard is the dash and that shit pretty easy to get off for setting up switches etc etc
and is the moter in the 100 the same as the 80 without the turbo ofcorse

i wouldn't think the 100 is any more difficult to pull apart than an 80, and they aren't that hard.
the non turbo diesel motors are similar, but not all identical. 80 series is likely the 1hz, the 100 is more likely a 1hz-b. the main difference is pistons and injectors. much else is the same
turbo diesel motors, although visually similar are much different again internally.
