Nissan Alarm

Post by tritontray »

G'day,

I have a NATS (Nissan anti-theft system) in my Terrano II. It comprises of 2 ultra sonic sensors on the 'c' pillar of the car, and then the immobiliser compontent.

It has a remote as per any alarm system.

It is having a tendency to setting itself off lately. Does anyone have any idea of what/where I can be looking to stop this happening as I am sure the neighbours would appreciate me solving the problem.

The battery is in good condition.
The remote works
New terminal clamps on battery
Doesn't matter if I lock the car with the ket in the lock, or use remote
I have disconnected the ultra sonic sensors and problem still occurs

Thanks for your help.
