Wheel holes of the defender

Post by monmendoza »

hey guys, I just bought a 2010 defender but skip on the
alloy wheels and bigger tires because for their cost you
can buy 2 second hand samurai's . I intend to buy aftermarket
instead. What wheels will fit the 5 holes ? Will Jeep
alloy wheels fit? Tia

Defenders are 5 on 6.5". No other vehicles have the same apart from other landies.

Thank you. I guess it won't be that easy to
look for aftermarket wheels. :)

Series one discso or rrc are your best options for cheap alloys. D2 and newer rr are 5 on 127mm so won't fit.

If you hunting for some very good rims have a look here:
http://www.landrovertuning.com.au/shop/ ... ery-1.html

1,400kg rating and only 10.4kg each - the best what you can buy and there are only for Rover available.

LOL. Sure Zu allloys are nice, but at $500 a rim, come on. That is crazy. A complete set of Disco 1 allows should be $200 max.

and i doubt they are the best you can buy? i haven't got the specs in front of me, but i imported 1 pce forged (not cast) alloy beadlocks from the states for a whole lot less then that delivered to my door!! and the non beadlock version are cheaper again.

sorry - but i just puncht zu rims in google.com.au and it was the first result.
its not my buisness and so far i know - they are 125 pound in UK.

I know them rim since ages and sure there are better rims around.
But for a road worthy rim - there are very nice i think.

But def90 - will be more precised in future. ;)

Probably the strongest alloys are the ones the British military is using these day. They cost a fortune as well.
