i have a 2.8l intercooled turbo diesel gu patrol

and im currently running 12psi but thinking of going more

just wondering whats the highest that i should go to safely

Your question is in the wrong section, but to answer your question - if you are running a stock turbo max output is about 14 - 15.
My old 2.8 ran this for years, but the turbo suffered with the extra work
