transfer ring and transfer case handbrake?

running a transfer case handbrake on my lux and trying to sort out running a transfer ring mount to give better clearance.
any body run both?
is there any reason why the disc on the handbrake cant be run between the pinion flange and the hand brake?
Keep it shiny side up!
Now doing general fab work and painting
trays, trailers, engine swaps on request, some tube work, silo section sliders, rust repairs, ute chops etc

I' running both. But I just grafted the hand brake onto the transfer ring.

Or lay the hand brake bracket on top of a new transfer ring and mark out the bottom section to cut off, then weld the left over top bit to the hand brake section. Bolt up to transfer before welding to hold it flat and true. Let it cool and ya under way.
