Does any body know where I can get it from in S/E QLD? preferably sunny coast region. ive tried gun shops sand blasters, foundrys ect and havent had any luck. I can get some from sydney but Id prefer a bit more local.

I think you will find they are polished stainless steel, not chrome. I have seen them on Ebay from time to time or you could try a local fabrication shop ( people who make stainless handrails and such could be a start)
