Flickering warning lights

Post by BundyRumandCoke »

While we were away recently, I noticed 3 warning lights on the dash- (Sub tank, handbrake, and battery) flickering together. It only seems to be under reasonably hard acceleration, or going uphill, (again assuming its because I am accelerating) I have noticed it again a few times in the last couple of weeks, and again tonight.

Anyone any ideas what it is? I had similar symptons in my old F75 Rocky, and that was either crap in the alternator, or the brushes were just about worn out in the alternator.

Vehicle is an 05 3.0 GU, with 195000km on the clock, if that is of any help.

Cheers
Bundy
