This is an install of my Boss Air Compressor to run ARB air lockers.. I chose the Boss Air compressor because of its reliability (i didn't trust ARB compressors to pump up my tyres if need be)... Its a really robust comrpessor, that can be run with or without an air tank.. I had to have an air tank for the diff lockers.. I havn't tested it in the field yet, as i'm still installing all equipment...
This is the back of my 4by (toyota 80 Series Landcrusier) as it stands now... I will eventually enclose the tank and compressor, leaving breathing/cooling holes in the top peice of wood...
In this pic, you can see the ARB blue air hoses and Solinoids...
These following pics are before and after pics of the air adaptor install.. I wanted two of them (so a buddy can attach if need be at the same time) and for them to be easily accessable...

i have boss the same as in pic it can put a 35 back on the rim with no tank is takes a lot longer to inflate 35s but it can be done much faster
than a 25 amp compressor
i had to do this as my pressure swich died causeing the relay to fry
all so the 60 amp fuse thank god i have one.
all 2week ends a go past woods point bad day
i have a air connection on the boss so you can just un clip use it with or with out the tank .
its fast as my home compressor when set to the same 125psi on one tyre but 4 tyres its slower as the pressure drops faster in the boss tank

I've only tried it on one tyre, and it took no time at all - about a 3 mins from 20 to 40psi (33inch tyre). I was quite impressed compared to my old tyre inflater which could take upto 45mins to pump all four tyres... It works well with the air lockers too, with quite a few uses before a refill of the air tank is necessary..
I would defo recommned this compressor, but in havn't tested it in the field yet though.. In saying that my mate has one and i have seen used in the filed and never lets him down.. everyone went to him to reinflate thier tyres ha ha
