hi guys is thear a grub screw the side off the td42 that has oil pressure that i can fead to the turbo thanks

Yeah, it is in under the lh engine mount. Remove the engine mount and grind a bit of the web, then you can use a straight fitting out of the block. That is all there is too it!

I tried to get the grub screw out to no avail! Even welded stuff to it..... No chance. It's only a 5mm allen key from memore and they round off like butter..... Give it a try, if it fails, just get the oil feed from the pressure sender on the other side of the block, above the oil filters.
Easy as, just get a t-piece from Pirtek.
Nearly all the aftermarket turbo kits take their oil feed from there.

I used a 90 deg fitting didn't need to grind the block and managed to get the grub screw out without removing the engine mount.nzdarin wrote:Yeah, it is in under the lh engine mount.
