Patrol rims on Hilux?

Post by SASS »

Just a quick question!
Will Nissan Patrol TE alloy tri-spoke mags fit an 1990 dual cab Hilux or are the offsets all wrong?

Will fit. Tyre "May" rub on steering arm on full lock.
Better on the IFS model.

Sass,

I`ve had trouble before (mine is an 85 4-runner) with 16x8inch alloys which were for a nissan or landcruiser they were offset in too far and rubbed my disc calipers, steering pitman arm and probably my chassis on articulation etc.

I`m currently running 15x10inch USA steel wheels to suit nissan/lux/cruiser but my truck has VENTED disc calipers fittted & these rims also rubbed on the calipers which i had to grind off approx 4mm of the edge of the calipers to fit.

I`d try before you buy if possible.
better than a bought one.
