I have just replaced the driving lights in my 1991 nh paj. When I turned the lights on to test them they flashed and then stoped. I have checked the box under the bonnet as well as th one in inthe drivers foot well.
The new lights stopped working. So i put the old bulbs back in to see and still nothing. The new bulbs are not blown and no fuses look blown either.
Does anyone know which is the driving lights relay or does anyone know where else the problem could be. Help apprecieted as we are going out tomorrow.

Mate i'm seriously guessing it is a fuse that you have missed.
If the only change you made was bulbs it has to be simple.
This is gonna sound stupid but!! you have to have the car running or the lights will drop to the parkers only .
I'm not 100% sure if you can just have the ignition on but try it with the engine running.
If that fails- go through the fuses and actually pull them out and phically look at them closly, you could even just change the fuses for the head lights any way to make sure.
Other than that good luck

To the best of my knowledge, there is no separate Driving Light Relay. They have probably tapped the high beam wire to get a signal for the driving lights. At least that is how I would wire up a driving light system.
My guess is that you have a separate driving light relay somewhere and the battery feed for this comes via a separate in-line fuse. Check the wiring back from the dribing lights and hopefully you will come across a relay and fuse somewhere

It sounds to me like an earthing problem at the lights. Maybe you disturbed the light bodies when you replaced the bulbs and they work again.
Otherwise, because you have a higher current draw (more powerful lights), you have a bad contact somewhere in the system.
Either of these would explain the lights working initially then not - the extra current caused a bad joint somewhere and it all stopped.
