g'day all i'm looking for a hilux as my daily has shat itself( gotta love magna's ) so i found a RN105R for sale, its got a few problems; chewing fuel 17-18l/ 100k's, high k's approx 330 tho an an overtensioned transfer case sump plug which has cracked the transfer case . . . now what info im after is; how hard would it be to replace the transfer case, whats the average fuel consumption for a 22re amd would it be worth buying if i could get a mechanic mate to help me with the repairs. . . if i have a look at it i'm going to give it a compression test so what figures should i be looking for?
