Cooling System Cleaning Machine

Post by macorti »

G Day,

I know there're a lot of threads that talk about cooling system flushing for the TD42. But I haven't heard nothing about this cooling system flushing machines. Do you guys think this machine will do a good flushing job and do you think it will take away all the cooling system ( radiator + block, etc) dirt out?

There's a place near home that have this machine for cooling system flush service and I'm kind of interested in it.

The machine looks like the following:

that machine will flush the system remove dirt from the block and lose scale and old coolant if your radiator is blocked in the tubes it won't clean that. that's when you need to get the radiator pulled a part to to get in cleaned out internally i worked in a radiator shop for 7 years and we only really used one of those machines to clean the block when we put a new radiator in or had given the radiator a internal clean they are useless at cleaning internally you need the manual labour part for that side of things
