Winch wiring & plugs??

Post by GQ Bear »

I've got an old 9500lb winch. I was thinking of putting it in a cradle and using it as a portable winch. Anyway questions are:

1. What amperage Anderson plug to use?

2. What mm2 wiring to use from battery to rear of vehicle?

3. If I want extra 5-10m of cable do I need to increase mm2?

Anything else electrical I haven't thought of?
