you would need 3 (2 tailshaft and 1 jackshaft) 1.0 litre tailshaft ends.
for each shaft remove the 1.3 end, by undoing the 2 clips on that piece.
then refit the 1.0 ends, maybe needing a couple of internal clips.
really only a problem when have no 1.0 bits kicking around.
I have a few 1.0 litre tailshaft end bits kicking around if you cant get any good ones. (mine are a bit worn, but would work.) Yours for free if you decide to go that way.
I have a 4wd light transfer case that has all stuffed bearings, I dunno if thats any help, buts it is yours if you want it. No idea of internal condtion, but was still working when took it out, just huge slack in bearings.
redrilling the flanges may be the easiest, if you can get a good drill press, as must be straight.
Clamp the 1.3 tailshaft end to the 1.0 flange, then rotate holes so they are offset from original, then drill thru the 1.3 bit, as this is larger. The bit that sticks out to centralise the joint is same on 1.0's and 1.3 nt's I believe.

1 litre tcase conversion help needed
The more thought I give it, the more I think you should redrill new holes in the 1.3 tailshaft yokes. This means with very little work, you can use either type of 1.o litre cases and 1.3 Nt cases as needed, if plans change down the track.
I've seen a few zook mechanics do this, so can't be too hard

So because I cant find the info I'm going to revive an old thread...
I've now got an early 1ltr transfer courtesy of cristover who btw is a dead set champion!
I also have some 1ltr shafts as well. from what I'm reading I unclip the flanges from the 1ltr uni's and re-fit them to the uni's currently on my car correct? ('87 narrow track hard top) after this are the 1ltr shafts any good to me for anything else or should I donate them to somone in the 1ltr fan club? I'd prefer to be sure in my mind about this than get half way through and find I'm missing something. I'm also very low on space so if I can move them on early rather than later I will.

Use the 1L half yokes t/case side and mate them to your 1.3L uni's and shafts.

I have installed a 1lt case in my 1.3 NT, it was an earlier case as it has the smaller diameter (and less spline count) shafts where the flanges bolt onto.. (thus i couldnt just use 1.3 flanges).. So i used 1.0 flanges on the transfer and mated them up to my 1.3 flanges on the driveshafts. I had a machinist turn down the ID of the 1.0 flanges as the holes were too small for the 1.3 locating rings.. If you look at the two different flanges you'll see what needs to be done. Once that was done i simply clamped the flanges together and redrilled new bolt holes.. This one of a few ways of overcoming the problem.
The 1.0 case i used had the same speedo drive as my 1.3 so that fitted fine. The conversion is easy and worthwhile
