LPG problems!!???

Post by WXC »

I filled up my lpg tank today, and when i tried to start the engine it would turn over, but wouldn't fire!!

I checked the in-line fuse in the wiring and it was fine, everything seems normal except the engine will only start (and drive) on petrol :?

Has anyone got any ideas on what the problem would be??
And more importantly, how to fix it!???

thanks.

maybe a loose wire on your lock off valve. does the tank click when you turn the ignition to on? is it carb or efi?

maybe its too lean. i know my mates car was running too rich because it was tuned with vacuum in the balance pipe. but that fell off and fuel mileage fell. so macca engineering stepped in and fixed the problem.

there are no hoses or wires fallen off anywhere else?
did you change anything recently on it?
