Boronia Tow Bars - Advice needed

Post by 86MUD »

Hi All

Got a mate who needs a tow bar installed on his 2009/10 D22 Navara style side dual cab ute.

One tow bar place has recommended a "Boronia tow bar" as it is 15% cheaper then the Hayman Reece or TAG.

Anyone had any issues with Boronia? He will be towing a 5 metre glass boat.

Cheers
Andrew

Just put one on my mate's xr8 ute. Besides there bolt kit being a bit tricky the quality is fine.

Make sure the ball weight is correct with the vehcile specifications. TAG towbars are great. They are made locally here in Brisbane with Australian Steel. So they keep all the jobs local. Plus they come with a lifetime warrenty. Hayman Reece are overrated and priced. Plus made over seas now. My vote would be TAG. Try Aranda, they did a awesome price on my ute.
