hi, my mate wired spotties to his 92mod 80 series cruiser plug and play loom ,spliced wire from switch to inner high beam h1 globe positive wire , but forgot to put power wire to battery, one highbeam globe popped, put new one in so now everything works, except spotties :roll: ,checked fuses etc their good,could the relay be stuffed, any help appreciated. thanks

hey mate, check that the globes in the spotties are still ok,
im having the same problem with mine i cant work it out, plus my mate is having the same dificulty

Easiest way to check spottie bulbs is to connect straight to battery. :idea:

Then if they light up, work back from there! :)

thanks for replys, mate went to sparky,on spottie loom there are 3 negative wires, i cant remember which one, but he connected one of them negative wires to negative wire on highbeam . so positve on highbeam wire spliced back to switch as well. hope that helps.

Cruisers have negatively switched headlights, make sure that's not the issue. Pluck play is often for positive switched headlights.

Also don't ever rely on the bullbar being a good earth, quite often it's not. Run your earth back to the body.
Don't take life too seriously...it isn't permanent.
