h55F most 60 series 5 speed goes straight up to the 4 speed bell unless you have an early bell the it wont fit as the lower part of the opening is to small
71 fj40 front shackle reversal +3" , 55 rear springs +3", 35 15.5 claws , 60 diff's 4wheel disc's , SOON TO BE WINDSOR V8 + 5 speed
74 fj40 stock but very clean

Any 40/60/75 series 5 speed will bolt up as long as it was from a 6cyl motor and it's build date is the same as yours or newer. But the bellhousing is pretty much where the "bolt up" part ends. You will need different tailshafts, a crossmember, shifter positions are different, no handbrake drum on the back of 5 speeds so you'll need to sort out a handbrake mechanism. There may be more that I'm forgetting.
