is it possible to get standard leaf springs reset with lift?? what is involved in it??

Yes.
You take em to a spring joint and get them to reset them with lift.

As for the pros and cons. Its been covered before somewhere.......

just dont go too high as your shackles may invert and then you are in for a very harsh ride. can be fixed with some sort of anti inversion braket of course
