QLD Vehicle Modifications - Wheel track Q

Post by SCANAS »

I have filled out my F1854 form with accompanying letter to get my body lift approved as I was pulled over this morning again and let off with a warning again to do it asap. On the form you have to list all modifications to the car and one thing I have a question about is wheel track. My front is 1520mm and the rear 1510mm does that seem right or are they supposed to be the same on a HJ60?

BTW the new process is to send the F1854 with cover letter explaining mods they will say yes or no if yes they will arrange a time to take it over the pits.

I wonder with this new scheme if they would approve 35's with a rear disc conversion? hhhmmmm.

Anyways Still have to do
Horn
Wipers
Parkers
Rear Bar
Power steer leak
mud flaps

Before the inspection.

Found the info for standard so I was only 5mm out or I have a wheel track problem.

Front :1500
Rear : 1485

Still chasing a rear bar and some other stuff before I send my app away.

Thanks,

Scanas

Yeah that's the stock measurements.

I measured mine with 15x8's on @ 1520 front and 1500 rear but one is 5mm out. I'll have to measure it again. Either way my 15x10's will be staying in the shed as they are obviously 2" wider and have more offset as well. Which will be more than the allowed 50mm increase in track for beam axle vehicles.

Thanks for the offer on the rear bar, if nothing turns up northside i'll PM you.

I'm going to pull one of the body lift bolts tonight to see what it is and I ordered some new wiper arms, blades, parker bulbs and some other stuff today.
