How are latest/newest Staun Beadlocks?
I want feed back from those that are running the lastest newer version of the Stuan beadlocks. How long have you had them and any issues?
I know the older verisions had few issues but the new ones are ment to be more installer friendly now, so hopefully, less or no more issues.

I think the bags were changed, air channel was changed to make deflating faster and the instuctions were changed a bit to reduce the risk of puctures e.g they now recommend taking the sharp edge off the inside tyre bead edge.hulsty wrote:Whats the difference with the new ones?

I heard somewhere that Staun don't exist anymore,, gone out of buisness?
I had the original Stauns and i had nothing but dramas with them,, the newer type may be better.

Re: How are latest/newest Staun Beadlocks?
No great loss i reckon. I had absoulute crap customer service from them during my beadlock dramas.
They were pushing the American market and forgeting about their Aussie customers.

Re: How are latest/newest Staun Beadlocks?
I had a very pleasant experience with Staun. Broke a valve stem on a rock and rang to enquire about the cost and availability of a new air channel and they sent me two by registered post the next day and refused to accept payment for them.
