when i done mine i didnt have to change any lines to the tank. or the tank itself. only thing i had to modify there was the filler neck and all i did was knock the restricer flap out. not it easily handles hiflow bowsers no dramas. didnt even need to swap senders.
bellhousing is different. rad is different,
i swapped the whole wiring harness to the diesel one from under the passneger seat to under the engine bay. lines matched straight up for me. then just swapped everything over.
i had another car though when i done mine. so made it real easy. only other issue i run into was engine mounts. but there is NO need to stress if the chassis is a 2 bolt style and the engine is 4 bolt style or vise vesa. just swap the brackets on the engine to the other type and hey presto. it bolts up.
its a real easy conversion if done right and mine looks very much factory so you would hardly know. even the exhaust will bolt up if you dont have extractors on her. in which case just swap the extractors over to the td42 and she will be roses.
