Well we just had a crap weekend too match the weather! The park is shocking in the wet!!!!

I broke some in my front end, not thief or the locker but cromomoly...... My drivers front was locking up when I touch the brakes. Wiring to my fuel pump shit it's self while we were booty fabbing jasons two piece steering box  and then I overheated mine driving back too the truck and popped the radiator hoses.

As I was leaving last night I heard phils truck was in a worse state than mine....

He said "i dont maintain my car and i dont care when my brake caliper is loose even though i had the wheel off and all Micks tools there to fix it + you dont need spare parts when racing, there overrated"

Incidently my car didnt miss a beat all day yesterday

the event was running relatively smoothly considering the weather, track 6 was my favourite, that lap would be good in the dry. I wish we could have done some more stages but thats how team events go i suppose.

I didnt put it back on cause i was putting it in the truck and going home. I only came back out cause you had a cry about me leaving and by then I'd forgot all about the brake.

As for maintenance WTF?

Don't forget too transfer that money either ;)

Absolutly fun weekend and a 3rd place to top it off. The wet made it interesting and challenging. I would like to thank my team, Scott and Dangas in his 80, Michael and Sonya in there unreal orange Zuk and manager Toby for not giving up when we had to pull out after tearing the front pan hard mount out of the chassis. And my navi Lyndsay for a top job. The run turned easy speed track into unreal winch hills especially stage 6. Unreal. Had a ball. Cant wait to do it next year. A few hold ups but well organised considering the weather was not on any ones side except for the ducks. Congrats to Team Exceedy for the win and Logan club for 2nd.

Cheers, Phil
