I do know of one way of fitting them is to freeze the new liners - someone said it makes it easier to get them in.
Getting them out may be a little difficult. Im just exploring more options on how to get them out without damaging the block.
So best way to do it so far would be from under the block as not to damage the surface where the head goes on.

Repco .. quality? Double negative??
Probalby right there. Was the better choice out of 5 mechanics who were pretty much arseholes. They're sendin the block to Brisbane to a 3rd party (forgot name) to have it relined and surface grinded. Really I wouldnt let anyone near that block of mine for the rebuilding as I prefer to do it myself as i have double standards. But for the relining and the surface grind. It's pretty much a basic job from my view (perhaps I could be wrong one again.... )
