Hi Cruiser lovers

Post by gingerbreadman »

Im about to buy my first ever 4x4 within the next 2 weeks or however long it takes to find one that i like but im pretty sure it wont take me long. I know very little about them but i know i want a fj40 or 45 cruiser ute. I have a collection of other cars mainly chevs which i know like the back of my hand but this new world of cruisers im excited about.

I have decided i need one as i travel to turkey beach area quite often and would like to get amongst the islands in the south east. Im a pretty impatient sort of person so i will going full tilt when i get it to make it safe, reliable and tuff. As soon as i get one ill be sure to put a pic up and get posting . Im looking at one tomorrow so wish me luck ....

just bought one. well put down a deposit. get it thursday or fri and will put pics up then. first plan is to lose the tray and bullbar, both are ugly.disc brakes and power steering.

its a 79 with original motor which is a 2f, pretty much everything original except fibregass turrett , fibregass hood and front grill section. has new doors.it drove nice and sat on 110 without any wobbles or trouble.

if it blows up 383 chev here we come.
