figuring out sprung weight

just wondering how i would go about calculating my sprung and unsprung weights on my gq shorty. want to run coilovers but need a shit load of info to punch in to the 4 link calculator. thanks very much guys

Find some scales/weighbridge.

Weigh whole vehicle.
Weigh Front only
Weigh Rear only
Weigh Each corner
Weigh a tyre
Estimate or google axle weights.
