Be prepared for a fair drop in power.
You might want to rebuild the 2h and turbo it.

The worst part about being told you have Alzheimer's, is that it doesn't just happen once.

I think it's accurate to say the 2h uses half the fuel of a 2f

20l/100 at 60c per litre on lpg = $12 per 100ARCSTAR wrote:be prepared for a drop in your fuel bill aswelloldmate wrote:Be prepared for a fair drop in power.

at 1.25 per litre, you need better than 10/100 out of the 2h/ not going to happen.
then factor in maintanence costs on the diesel v petrol.
buy in costs of a diesel vs a petrol motor
then shoot yourself in the head because what was an underpowered truck just became a floundering walrus...

totaly agree with bad_religion.
2H is a slugger and a mine is a shocker on fuel....
save the coin and get a 1HD T
youll get your money back in savings in fuel and the added power will in the long run be a better idea..
or if its not driven much do what your doing.

Re: 2F TO A 2H ?
My 2h is a slug and uses a bucket load of fuel. I would say its got to be the most un economical 2h I have heard of. Go a 12ht if you can. Better on fuel. Better motor. You won't regret that. And its the same amount of work as a 2h to drop on. I should really stop telling people to put 12hts into their foubys as there won't be any left for me!
