Toyota 34.7 degree taper reamer.

Post by BlueSuzy »

Does anyone have one i can borrow for 4 holes only? (will be using it in a mill so im not bodgee)

The reamer is custom made specially for the 4 bolt hub toyota steering arm taper washers.

(like the M23 Taps for FJ80 joints)

One site that makes them http://www.xkut-reamers.com/servlet/StoreFront" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
They are very easy to deal with, but just working out if its cost effective for a 1(4hole) use only..

Please help! :P

if you have a rotary table you could set the arms up on that and tilt the head 17.35 deg to mill it with an emdmill. otherwise i think i still have one i made years ago for my hi steer arms. i'll have a look. pm me if i forget.
