How about giving us some info on what exactly you are looking for?

Fill in the blanks.

Model?

How much lift?

What you want to achieve?

Your budget?

Cheers,

Micko

No one will make a "kit" for that conversion.

You will have to custom fabricate everything.

7 inch coils! Have you lost your mind?

Hilux front diffs can be built to take a lot of abuse, plenty of top runners at this years tuff truck running them. So why swap to patrol ? Locked up will sell you all the bits you need to build a sorted hilux diff and a three link kit.

Anything is possible, it just comes down to time and money.

The 3 link/ radius arm design will bind.

By x flex arm do you mean an x-link or superflex arm ?

X-link is a good thing but some people don't like them at all, its a personal choice thing.

Snake racing used to do a bolt in 5 link years ago to suit GQ's but finding one now could prove tricky.

My advice is get a custom 5 link made and and engineered.

Snakes 5link was actually Wizard's but i have been told again that Wizards has closed his doors, hence why snake probably does not sell them now.

Nissan diffs in the long run would be a better choice IMO, the gearsets in lux's even with Cryo gears are still piss weak compared to nissan centres.
Okay you may get slightly stronger axles from the states but they are worthless if you break the centres , and if you drive it hard you will break the centres.

Cal Cv's and Superior Billet Hubs, shave the diff , thats what we used for a few years with a turbo'd petrol GQ, bigger heavier truck and more HP than hilux's have.
I have competed with nissan and Hilux diffs and i would always prefer Nissan Diffs over a hilux diff.

DGR drives their hilux like a retirement club and they still break the front diff and it has every part you can buy for the front diff from the states

If hilux diffs were so awesome they would be used in more than just Hilux's and suzuki's. ;)
