As the title says my airlocker is 'stuck" on, air is leaking inside the housing when you turn it on, but once u turn it off it doesnt disengage. have disconnected the air hose at the housing to see if there was a blockage (but as there is air pissing out inside the diff if discounts that anyway, but was worth a try) and the sucker is locked solid....
all good if i want to go in a straight line i guess!!
The cross pin will more than likely be broken. And will have destroyed the inner cage/piston and star gears. Ive had this happen a couple of times now with the Hilux/80 series front lockers. And once with the 80 series rear. I have been able to salvage all with new parts from ARB.

thanks mate, i pulled it out and found it had smashed the sungears which then smashed the bolts out of the locker housing. which then chewed my crownwheel and pinion to bits
I only just put my new rear diff in last week after that smashed itself to bits! grrr
is it cost viable to fix the air locker? was thinking of a eaton E locker?
